As a Heyoka, I have the ability to reflect your shadow, the parts of yourself you keep locked away. Yes, there will be emotional pain and tears, but this process is the necessary turning point of your journey.
Once you begin to process your trapped emotions: grief, shame, anger, pain and unworthiness, to name a few - that's when the magic starts.
As you start to come back into your body, you realise you've been in fight or flight for most of your life. You begin to trust the process and really let your intuition drive. You will become your most authentic self, free from the need for approval and validation from others.
The more you clear, the more space you create in your energetic body to align to its true purpose, and once you're clear on your mission....your latent spiritual gifts begin to activate.

Why me?
Good question. Well, since my awakening about 6 years ago, I've walked the path, faced my shadow, alchemised the darkness and healed my trauma (yes, all those clichés!)
And when you do the work and realise that you are an eternal soul who chose to incarnate at this time, to experience, learn and heal from all the emotions, the high's and low's, and the people in your life, all in a dense, physical 3D reality (something that can't be experienced in the higher realms), then amazing things start to happen in your life.
I stumbled along the path, blindly following my intuition, not knowing the way but knowing it was the right way.
Not knowing that I was alchemising all the pain into purpose, power and true freedom.
Then your gifts begin to activate, and what you came here to do becomes clear as you identify and heal
long-held patterns and addictions that you struggled with for years.
My empathic intuition and my healed authenticity now act as an emotional mirror to your higher self, clearly reflecting what you need to do and showing you the way home to yourself.
I'm not one for labels, but I display the traits of a Heyoka empath. This archetype heals not through
warmth and reassurance, but through disruption, honesty, and reflection.
Rooted in Native American tradition, the Heyoka is the sacred clown, a truth-teller, the one who makes others uncomfortable enough to change.
Those who aren't ready to look at this reflection recoil.
Those who are ready, feel seen and safe in a way that illuminates their path and clearly shows them the way.
I LOVE crystals and understand their power, how each one emanates a specific frequency that interacts with the crystalline structures in our own bodies, allowing spiritual and physical healing on all levels.
